Return Policy

ColorConnect is committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. Therefore, as a courtesy to our customers, ColorConnect will accept returned products that are less than 25% consumed and returned within 15 days of receipt. If you are not content with your purchase from us, simply return it and we will issue a refund or replace the product.

 

Please send us your return package via an insured and prepaid method. Include your original invoice and a brief reason for return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.
